Tg optical glass is same with general optical glass or has near optical coefficient(refractive index, dispersion) and has characteristic that can forge glass in low temperature.It also makes few reactivity with molds when forges precision molded glass, so that it can improve mold life. In addition, as a matter of environment, it doesn’t includePb, As, so has simple process when dispose of waste materials. Furthermore Low-Tg optical glass has almost same property of matter like chemical durability, so is very superior as raw material for precision glass molding. We named this Low Tg optical glass, which includes new environmental measure, [L-].

I-line High Homogeneity Glass
High-homogeneity optical glass for I-ray has great internal transmittance and superior optical homogeneity, which makes the most of controlingsolarization(tintng from infrared). And it is being used in semiconductor producing equipments(stepper) and related equipments(lighting, etc).

CLEARCERAMⓡ-Z is super low expansion glass ceramic which is realized with OHARA’s historicalhigh homogeneity dissolution technic and crystal controlling technic.
This material has superior thermal, mechanical, chemical characteristic by precision controlling in creating glass and size or extraction amount of extracted crystal.
There are CLEARCERAMⓡ-Z, CLEARCERAMⓡ-Z HS and CLEARCERAMⓡ-Z EX.
